PRE-BOOKING DEPOSITS * CANCELLATION POLICY

~ DEPOSITS ~
Deposit of $25 per each hour requested for out of town photo shoots with the balance due upon arrival.

I realize this may not be agreeable to some and because I don't do many amateur shoots I must be assured of your sincerity.

If a deposit makes you uncomfortable, I understand and wish you well but I won't model for anyone without this.

I generally shoot for commercial use with professional photographers that own studios and their out of pocket expense supersedes any of mine and they can't afford to cancel at the last minute. Professional Photographers usually book hair, makeup and stylists for shoots so they have a vested interest in keeping out appointment.

~~ Why I require a deposit? ~~
In the past I took photographers for their word and being that I don't book more than one person per day it happened! I was stuck sitting in a city with no shoot and the cost was extravagant.

 
Because I see so few clients, I can't afford to be sitting in a hotel hoping the phone will ring at last minute.
